We want you to love your purchase, and if it arrives in poor condition, we want to make things right. Because each item is made handmade, please note the following:
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of items that arrive to you defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Within 7 days of delivery: you may choose a full refund, replacement, or store credit.
- Between 8–14 days of delivery: you may choose a replacement or store credit (refunds are not available after 7 days).
We cover return shipping costs for all confirmed defective or damaged items.
Handmade Variation
Because our items are handmade, minor variations in design placement, color, texture, or finish are normal and expected. These natural variations are part of the charm of a handmade product and are not considered defects.
How to Request a Return Contact us at info@lizzyhelenabrown within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defect or damage
Once approved, we'll provide instructions and cover return shipping. Confirmation will occur within 1-3 business days. Refund will be issued within 10 business days. The return label is customer responsibility. Returns must be made with the original product packaging.
