Skinny Melon Rosé Spritz

Skinny Melon Rosé Spritz - Lizzy Helena Brown

This skinny melon rosé spritz is a perfect low-calorie summer beverage. I've been drinking a lot of sparkling water lately and tried Waterloo's All Day Rosé flavor this week. I like it because I don't drink alcohol for religious reasons, and it's alcohol free! I had some ripe sugar kiss cantaloupe and felt like combining the two into a sweet, sparkly beverage to accompany my lunch. There's something joyful about making yourself a little drink in the afternoon!

This drink is perfect for brunch or a picnic! It pairs well with any charcuterie board. The key is to use very, very sweet and soft melon. Honeydew would also work well in this recipe.

Ingredients (1 Serving):

- 1 large cube of melon

- 1 can Waterloo All Day Rosé Sparkling Water

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Pinch of sea salt (optional)

- Melon wedge (garnish)

Step 1: Combine lemon juice, melon, and the pinch of sea salt in a shaker. Muddle. The melon should be pulpy.

Step 2: Add ice and stir.

Step 3: Strain into a glass with ice.

Step 4: Top with All Day Rosé sparkling water.

Step 5: Garnish with a triangular wedge of melon.

Step 6: Enjoy!
