At Lizzy Helena Brown, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    You may return most items purchased on our website within 3 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

    • Must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
    • Must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
    • Must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

    Note: Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.

  2. How to Initiate a Return

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Contact Us: Visit our Contact page to request a return.
    • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) and further instructions.
    • Pack Your Return: Carefully package your item(s) along with a copy of your receipt and the RA number.
    • Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Refund Process and Restocking Fee

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, minus a 3% restocking fee, and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    Please Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

  4. Exchanges

    If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly offer an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps as above for returns and specify that you would like to exchange the item.

  5. Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Personalized or custom-made items
  6. Shipping Costs for Returns

    You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue. We will provide a return shipping label for defective items, and upon receipt, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
